Option 1: Pay $375 upfront each hire and we guarantee the new hire for 30 days. In 30 days you pay another $375 (if you do not feel the new hire is worth paying the other $375 then terminate them by the 29th day and owe nothing). If the new hire quits, does not pass your background check, or you terminate them within 30 days, there are a few options. You can choose to have us send replacements to interview, or credit you the $375 towards the outstanding balance that will be due for the remaining salespeople, or refund the money.
Option 2: Pay $500 and have nothing else due. If the new hire quits or does not pass your background checks, we will send replacements to interview. If we are not able to send you a replacement that you are completely satisfied with and want to hire, then we will refund the $500 promptly for that candidate, no questions asked.
